Some people will have more mundane concerns though, and simply use fasting occasionnally to get in -better- shape quickly. We already practice IF on a very minor scale, when we spend 8-9 hours sleeping every day, although during the day, we typically eat every 4-5 hours. We want to wake up early the next morning for purchasing.
